Rachel Rickards

The Field Facilitator Training

Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relational intelligence. She is a masterful group facilitator, event producer, and new mother, who has made a lasting impact through her visionary work.

In 2014, she co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has since become one of the most respected global organizations offering trainings and events focused on intimacy, trauma healing, relational intelligence, somatic education, and community building. Embodied Intimacy supports hundreds of individuals each year in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and stepping into their truest selves.

Since 2019, Rachel has been the lead facilitator of the Belly2Belly Facilitator Training after her mentor, David Cates, passed on the torch and the role of CEO. Belly2Belly offers profoundly healing embodied and relational practices that help participants regulate their nervous systems, fostering deepl, lasting transformation in their relationships. With her extraordinary event planning skills and depth in embodied leadership, Rachel has single-handedly produced and facilitated the majority of these events.

In 2022, Rachel launched her newest passion project, The Field Facilitator Training. This revolutionary experiential learning environment is designed for group facilitators passionate about cultivating deep group-heart coherence and facilitating the emergence of collective group soul. The training equips participants with radically new skills, such as deep listening to the group field, surrendering to the collective moment, and embracing dynamic, fluid leadership to support the unfolding of the group soul.

Most recently, Rachel has become the creator and host of the podcast "In Presence We Trust: The Facilitation Podcast". Released weekly, the podcast dives into her cutting-edge work in group facilitation and beyond.
